An exciting opportunity for a 1-3 PAE Employment Lawyer to join a global law firm.
Working directly alongside a very well respected employment Partner, you would be joining an integrated international practice group that services a broad range of clients in respect of employment, industrial relations, regulatory and employee incentive and benefits matters. Joining the Sydney office, you would gain experience working on international matters, across the APAC region as well as in the UK and US. The work will be a mix of advisory and litigious matters.
To be suitable you will have between 1 and 3 years post admission experience in employment law. You must have an excellent academic background and be a true team player. Experience working on both advisory and litigious matters is essential. In respect of your litigation experience, you must be confident drafting court documents, witness statements and settlement agreements. Any experience in immigration law is desirable, but not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly international law firm and gain experience working on cross-border matters. You will gain exposure to complex matters and have direct liaison with clients.
