Legal Secretary Opportunity on Offer
The Corporate team in Melbourne is large in numbers including over 5 partners. The legal secretary role supports a partner and a couple of special counsel in this position on offer.
The team have specialisms and expertise in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and day to day corporate matters. Among these specialisms, they advise privately and publicly listed companies creating a mix of corporation sizes, strengthening your legal secretary skill set.
You will be the right hand person to these advice's, in that you will be relied upon to amend and type contracts, create various versions of contracts as they are passed to and from the client to the firm. This role will include a lot of document work, arranging of meetings between time zones and end of month billing for these executive, high end clients.
Your Skills as a Legal Secretary in the Corporate Advisory team
If you have Corporate Advisory experience you will be a strong candidate for this position. You will have a minimum of 3 years legal secretary experience. If you have worked in an M & A team, a Banking and Finance team or similar you will also be favored.
Your enthusiasm for dealing with commercial/corporate clients will be essential. Litigation experience is not required for this role.
