About the Role:
The Sydney office is now looking for an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its talented Employment team. The Partners in the team are described as great to work with and you will be joining a team that is friendly and collaborative.
The Employment team services the full spectrum of employment law needs of private sector employers and all three tiers of government. In this role you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of areas including employment, industrial relations and discrimination. The team also works in all of the tribunals and courts so experience in litigation (both Public and Private sector) is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PAE in a similar role, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, well-developed analytical and drafting skills and excellent client management skills. You will also need strong organisational skills, the ability to work autonomously and in a team and the ability to train and develop junior lawyers.
