A prestigious leading national practice with offices across the UK and a large presence across the North West have a rare opportunity within their dedicated defendant ELPL department in Manchester city centre for a motivated and ambitious ELPL Fee Earner (paralegal or legal executive) to join their well-established Personal Injury team.
You will join an experienced, friendly and genuinely supportive team handling an array of EL/PL matters on behalf of their national client base, dealing with some of the leading insurers across the UK.
You will work alongside senior fee earners and Solicitors within the department and be responsible for handling your own caseload of litigated ELPL claims from first instruction through to settlement. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure working on high quality multi track claims.
You'll have previous experience ideally from a defendant background handling a caseload of ELPL matters although you will be equally considered if you have credible ELPL claimant experience and have a genuine desire to transfer your skills into defendant work.
