Senior Legal Counsel

About the company/role

Exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong financial services experience to join a dynamic, growing company to oversee the legal aspects a business critical project. Working in a collegiate team you will be advising on all aspects of the project which will include drafting a range of documents such as custody and managed services agreements, providing legal and regulatory advice, transactions and distribution. The role will be offered on an initial contract basis. 
  
Skills & experience

The successful candidate will have at least 6 years pae in financial services law (such as funds, super or other investment products) from a major law firm and/or financial institution. You will have strong communication and relationship building skills which will allow you to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including business leaders, execs, colleagues and external law firms and regulators.
