Supporting the Litigation Team, you will work amongst key players in the industry with interesting and high profile matters to work on. This role will suit a very organised, dedicated and fun Legal Secretary to support a Partner plus Associates.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- editing and formatting letters and documents;
- drafting general correspondence;
- diary management;
- taking phone messages;
- file maintenance;
- Some personal PA work;
- monthly billing; and
- general administration.
You can expect a deadline driven, yet fun and personable atmosphere organising busy diaries, arranging important meetings, and handling a range of ad hoc projects.
This is a full-time permanent position.
