About the company/role
Exciting new opportunity for a dynamic employment lawyer to move in-house into a market leading listed company. This is a key, newly created role within an expanding team which will see you handle both advisory and contentious matters including ER/IR matters, contracts/policy drafting, discrimination, corporate support and WHS. You will be partnering with a wide range of internal stakeholders at all levels of the business, as well as external counsel.
Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have around 4 to 8 years pae in Employment Law from a recognised firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment. This will include both advisory and contentious matters. You will have strong communication skills and a strong commercial approach.
