Exciting opportunity for a senior corporate/commercial lawyer to join a leading ASX listed financial services company with a global reach. Working in a collegiate team you will be advising on commercial contracts, technology agreements, marketing advice and broader corporate/commercial matters to support their diverse business operations.
Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years pae in corporate/commercial and may also have financial services experience (though that isn’t required). You will have strong communication and relationship building skills which will allow you to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also possess strong leadership skills and exceptional technical legal ability.
