Fantastic new opportunity for a senior structured finance/capital markets lawyer to join a leading ASX listed financial services company with global operations. Working in a collegiate team you will be advising on debt capital markets, trustee matters, securitisation and wider structured finance transactions.
Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years pae in structured finance and/or debt capital markets. You will have strong communication and relationship building abilities as well strong technical legal and transaction management skills. You will be a team player able to work autonomously and to support your colleagues and the business.
