About the company/role
Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic lawyer with Construction and Commercial Law experience to join a market leading global company. You will be reporting to an experienced and collaborative Head of Legal and working within a collegiate, expanding legal team.
You will handle a variety of work including drafting and negotiating construction contracts (such as AS4000) and other commercial agreements, regulatory and compliance, disputes and there is also potential to support corporate and company secretarial matters.
Skills & experience
You will have around 5 to 8 years in construction law or a mix of construction and commercial matters. This would have ideally been obtained in both a law firm and in-house (or secondment) capacity. You will be personable and commercially savvy as well as having sound legal skills and knowledge.
You will benefit from joining a growing local and global legal team with opportunities for progression and international exposure.
