Exciting opportunity for a corporate/commercial lawyer to join a recognised company with a collegiate in-house legal team. This is a diverse and varied role where you will be handling a range of work including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and providing commercial legal advice, corporate advisory, consumer law, M&A and other related matters.
Skills & experience
You will have around 3-6 years pae in corporate/commercial law from a major law firm or professional services company, and possibly also in-house or on secondment. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also be commercial and adaptable, allowing you to add value to the business.
